Please read these terms carefully before using Param Tuition Bureau's services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Param Tuition Bureau ("PTB", "we", "us") provides a home tuition referral service connecting parents/students with verified home tutors. PTB acts as an intermediary and is not the direct employer or service provider for tuition sessions.
Our services include: tutor–student matching, demo class coordination, tutor verification, and ongoing support throughout the engagement.
•Every new tuition engagement begins with a free demo class (30–45 minutes).
•The demo class is at zero cost to the parent/student.
•After the demo class, the parent/student may choose to proceed or request an alternate tutor.
•A maximum of 2 free demo classes are provided per requirement. Subsequent demos may involve a nominal fee.
•The tutor must be given a fair evaluation during the demo class before a decision is made.
•Tuition fees are agreed directly between the parent and the tutor before the engagement begins.
•PTB charges a one-time consultancy fee equivalent to 50% of the first month's tuition fee, payable to PTB directly after the demo class is accepted.
•PTB's consultancy fee is non-refundable once the tutor has commenced tuition sessions.
•Monthly tuition fees are paid directly to the tutor and are not collected by PTB.
•Fee revisions, if any, must be agreed between the parent and tutor with prior notice of at least 15 days.
•The tutor is expected to conduct agreed sessions punctually and consistently.
•If a session is missed by the tutor, it must be compensated with a make-up class.
•If a session is missed by the student, the tutor is not obligated to provide a free make-up class, but may do so at their discretion.
•In case of planned absences (exams, holidays), both parties should provide at least 48 hours' notice.
•Parents/students must not share the tutor's contact details with others or refer the tutor to another family without informing PTB.
•Tutors referred by PTB must not be engaged for additional students outside PTB's referral network without PTB's knowledge.
•Any such direct dealing will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of PTB's services.
•PTB reserves the right to charge a referral fee for undisclosed referrals discovered after the fact.
•All disputes, complaints, or concerns regarding a tutor must be reported to PTB first. PTB will mediate between the parties.
•PTB will endeavour to resolve reported issues within 48 hours on working days.
•Parents are encouraged to provide feedback on tutor performance through PTB to help us maintain quality standards.
•Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward tutors or PTB staff will result in immediate termination of services.
•Monthly tuition fees are typically due at the beginning of each calendar month.
•PTB's consultancy fee is due within 3 working days of the demo class acceptance.
•Late payments may result in temporary suspension of support services until cleared.
•Any outstanding amounts owed to PTB must be settled before a new tutor referral is made.
•Tutors must provide accurate information including qualifications, experience, preferred subjects, and ID proof.
•False or misleading information in the registration will result in immediate removal from the PTB tutor network.
•PTB reserves the right to verify submitted documents and conduct a brief telephonic interview before onboarding.
•Registration is free of charge for tutors.
•Tutors must maintain professional conduct at all times with students, parents, and PTB staff.
•Tutors must arrive on time for demo classes and regular sessions, or provide advance notice of any absence.
•Tutors must not solicit additional students from a parent's household without informing PTB.
•Any breach of conduct reported and verified will result in suspension or removal from the network.
•Upon successful placement (demo class accepted and sessions commenced), PTB collects a one-time consultancy fee of 50% of the first month's tuition fee from the parent.
•This fee is collected by PTB and is separate from the monthly tuition fees paid to the tutor.
•Tutors are not required to pay any registration or placement fee.
•PTB does not deduct any amount from the tutor's monthly earnings.
•Either the tutor or the student/parent may terminate the engagement with at least 7 days' written notice.
•Abrupt termination (less than 7 days' notice) without a valid reason may result in reduced priority for future assignments from PTB.
•PTB reserves the right to remove a tutor from the network at any time if complaints are verified or if the tutor is found to have breached these terms.
